Job Description/ Responsibilities

Oracle database support for mission critical financial Applications
Triage Oracle performance issue
Golden Gate and Data guard support
Log analysis and monitoring setup
OEM configuration and trouble-shooting
Database buildout
Documentation and proactive/timely communication
Good in Change management Incident management process
Status and metrics reporting
Client communication and workload manager
Coordinate with Offshore for day-to-day issue
Implement automation including Self-heal and work flow automation
