Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic and results-driven team. In this leadership role, you will support and elevate recruiting efforts, focusing on acquiring commission-based commercial real estate sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent, applying strategic recruitment techniques, and mentoring a team of recruiters. As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will support division and market leaders in shaping recruitment strategies, building relationships with senior leadership, and driving growth through innovative talent acquisition. This is a 100% on-site role in our Dallas office. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Partner with leaders to create recruitment strategies for all offices within the West division, utilizing data analytics to forecast talent needs, identify new funnels, and improve outcomes. Recruitment Execution: Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Candidate Marketing & Thought Leadership: Lead marketing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent, staying ahead of trends. Market Expertise & Partnership: Advise leadership on market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. Mentorship & Development: Mentor recruiters, fostering collaboration and supporting career development. Advanced Recruiting & Tools: Leverage technology like Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize sourcing and recruitment dashboards. Process Improvement & Project Leadership: Lead projects to refine recruitment tools, practices, and assessment methods. Data-Driven Reporting & Analysis: Use key metrics to measure and improve recruitment strategies.
