Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer with hands-on experience in the screen printing industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a production environment. This role involves setting up and operating screen printing equipment, ensuring the highest print quality, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.

• Prepare screens, mix inks, and load apparel and promotional products for printing.

• Inspect printed items for quality, making adjustments as needed.

• Troubleshoot printing issues and perform basic press maintenance.

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in screen printing required.

• Familiarity with various substrates (e.g., apparel, bags, promotional items).

• Strong understanding of screen preparation, registration, and ink mixing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automatic presses.

• Knowledge of plastisol and water-based inks.

• Familiarity with pre-press and reclaim processes.
