What We're Looking For: We're seeking a versatile, creative, and detail-oriented individual passionate about floral preservation and resin artistry. If you're excited about turning bouquets into timeless keepsakes, we'd love to have you join our close-knit team!
Responsibilities:
Craft resin art and epoxy resin keepsakes.
Disassemble bouquets and prepare flowers for drying.
Airbrush and color-match flowers.
Assemble shadow boxes, pressed floral frames, and other unique products.
Assist with floral design and layout for keepsakes.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering emails and occasional calls.
Assist with general production tasks to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Who You Are:
Creative, artistic, and passionate about floral design.
Comfortable working with epoxy resin (experience preferred but will train the right candidate).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable communicator, confident in speaking with customers and collaborating with team.
Enthusiastic about joining a supportive, empowering, and collaborative environment.
