We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 20252026 school year in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position involves working with a caseload of approximately 3040 early learners in a structured early childhood setting. The role focuses on delivering individualized education plans (IEPs), supporting developmental milestones, and fostering school readiness skills in young children with varying needs.
Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with each students IEP goals
Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to support student progress
Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
Promote language, social, emotional, and cognitive development in early learners
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Special Education (or related field)
Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
Early Childhood Special Education experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of early intervention strategies, sensory integration, and child development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
