Order Selector - Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack & High Reach Forklift Operator

Leola, PA | M - F 3pm to 11:30pm | $18.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential + Up to $3.50 in an incentive bonus

**Must be able to train on first and third shift**

Job Description:

We are currently hiring Order Selectors and High Reach Forklift Operators with experience operating Ride-On Electric Pallet Jacks and High Reach Forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working with inventory, shipping, or order fulfillment, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate ride-on electric pallet jacks to select, stack, and transport orders within the warehouse
• Operate high reach forklifts to retrieve or place products in high-level racking systems
• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners, voice-pick systems, or order sheets
• Wrap and stage pallets for shipping according to company standards
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks and/or high reach forklifts
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Familiarity with RF scanners and order selection systems is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
