Now Hiring: 5 Onsite School-Based SLPs or SLPAs
Location: Williamsburg, VA
(Approximately 1 hour southeast of Richmond, near Newport News, and 1 hour northwest of Norfolk)
Soliant Health is seeking five qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a collaborative school team in Williamsburg, VA . These are onsite positions for the 20252026 school year. The district is actively interviewing and ready to hire.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language services to students
Conduct evaluations for speech and language skills
Develop and implement IEP goals
Maintain accurate data and documentation
Write and present reports to support student progress
Complete timely progress reports
Requirements:
Active Virginia SLP or SLPA license
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLP applicants
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Ability to work onsite in a collaborative school environment
