Job Summary:There will be general repairs, climbing on ladders, snow removal, general cleaning, etc. Aptitude for and ability to work independently.Qualifications:Ability, when needed to move heavy items (50-75 lbs.). Ability to read basic operating instructions and be able to operate different cleaning equipment. High School diploma or equivalent.Full-Time 40 hours per week3:00 pm to ll:30pm during the school year7:00 am to 3:30 pm during summerThis is an "at will" position in that the employer may terminate employment at any time for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law.
