Job Description

Assess and enhance technical, sales, and communication skills by working effectively with business partners to design, develop, and deliver training programs that improve these skills. Create methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Design and develop comprehensive training agendas and materials, including course content, manuals, leader’s guides, online modules, and webinars. Assess training needs and manage the delivery of training for new product and system rollouts. Partner effectively with business stakeholders to execute successful training sessions for new hires and existing employees. Participate actively within a dynamic sales organization that is continuously evolving. Deliver engaging and relevant training sessions tailored to organizational needs. Collaborate with other department trainers to maintain and enhance current and new training programs. Serve as an expert and primary contact for on-site staff and trainers regarding complex issues, questions, and interpretation of company-wide information, assessing impacts on procedures and workflows. Mentor and provide leadership, structure, and guidance to trainers. Conduct sales, systems, and service skills training for existing and new employees in regional offices. Job Specifications Typically requires: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field At least 2 years of training and development experience At least 2 years of presentation and facilitation experience Proven knowledge of CRM/CMA systems Proven project management skills Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation, training plans, and reports Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

Compensation ranges from $58,656 to $92,328, with actual pay determined by experience and other factors. The role may include bonuses and commissions.
