Linamar, a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the creation of high-quality car parts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range:17.00-18.00

Shift: 1st, 3rd, Weekends

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery to manufacture car parts with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
