Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Take2 is seeking an Identity Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Architect. This is an onsite role 5 days a week in one of the following sites (Wash Metro, Colorado Springs, Honolulu, Ft Meade, Norfolk, Tampa.

You Have:

• Hands-on experience with identity governance platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, or equivalent), including Identity lifecycle management, access certification, and entitlement management, File access governance and unstructured data protection.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale identity and access management solutions, including Role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), policy-driven identity workflows and integration of identity platforms with cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification.
• Establish governance frameworks for privileged access, file access, and unstructured data protection.
• Develop workflows for joiner/mover/leaver scenarios and automate identity-related tasks.
• Serve as SME for identity governance in cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.
• Strong understanding of identity data modeling, resolution, and synchronization.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
• Proficiency in scripting or development languages (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell) to support identity automation and customization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with IdAM
• Experience with enterprise-grade identity and directory services platforms, including identity management, observability and analytics, federated identity and directory services components, data virtualization, integration connectors, and high-performance directory stores.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, including GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog, Jira, or Confluence
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED
