Position Highlights:

Work in a large, high-acuity hospital that serves as a regional referral center.
Participate in direct patient care rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Verifying medication orders with precision and clinical judgment.
Supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians to maintain safe, efficient workflow.
Performing pharmacokinetic dosing and adjustments.
Consulting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy management.
Assisting in maintaining compliance with hospital protocols, formulary guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Active Virginia pharmacist license in good standing.
Minimum of 1+ year of recent inpatient hospital experience.
BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Strong clinical knowledge and confidence working in a busy hospital environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills.
Full-time availability with readiness to start ASAP.
