Graphics Masking Production Assistant Location: Franksville, WI] Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
About Us: We're a fast-paced, hands-on production team supporting the automotive, motorcycle, and equipment painting industries. Under the guidance of our Graphics Manager, you'll assist in producing precision-cut paint masks using specialized equipment and tools. Your work directly supports our expert painters in delivering flawless, high-quality finishes.
What You'll Do: ✅ Assist in operating flatbed cutters to produce paint masks for automotive and equipment painting✅ Maintain and clean equipment daily to keep production smooth and efficient✅ Use precision tools (Exacto knives, box cutters, scissors) to trim materials and prepare packaging✅ Lift materials up to 30 lbs (with or without accommodation)✅ Understand project specs, manage timelines, and work within budgets✅ Log daily work and maintain an accurate inventory log✅ Work closely with a collaborative, professional team and communicate clearly✅ Learn and adapt to new software (Adobe Illustrator, Windows 10 environment)✅ Maintain a detail-oriented focus to ensure high-quality workmanship every time
What We're Looking For: ✔ High School Diploma or GED✔ Valid Wisconsin driver's license or dependable transportation✔ Must be detail-oriented , dependable , and have a strong willingness to learn ✔ Excellent hand-eye coordination and comfort working with cutting tools✔ Strong problem-solving abilities, especially under deadlines✔ Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a production environment✔ Comfortable using computers and learning graphic software tools
