Escape Room Operator Full Moon Productions is seeking a talented and motivated individual who would like the opportunity to grow within the company. This position requires the daily operation of the escape rooms. The ideal person will be punctual, charismatic, and possess a willingness to learn the necessary skills to serve Full Moon Productions as a whole. Job Duties Include: Ensure that the escape rooms are prepared for the guests to have an enjoyable and safe experience, as well as cleaning and resetting the rooms after they exit. Greet each guest promptly upon their arrival. Encourage guests to post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Trip Advisor to increase visibility of Full Moon Escape as an adventure attraction. Ask each guest to sign a waiver, ensuring that it is filled out completely. Act as a guide for the guests during their experience by providing a brief synopsis of the escape scenario, tracking guest progress and giving out hints over a microphone when requested. Perform general custodial duties for the escape rooms which include cleaning and minor repairs of the rooms. Offer creative ideas to help optimize the escape game experience for both the guests and employees. Resolve customer concerns/issues that may arise and bring greater concerns to the manager's attention. Take pictures of guests after their experience and have them fill out the relevant form. Overall, have a willingness to complete duties to help the company as a whole. ability to travel up and down stairs on a regular basis Experience: 1+ years working with escape games (Preferred) 1+ years of experience in customer service.
