Job Description

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for senior living? If so, we invite you to bring your talents to Terraces of Boise, a vibrant HumanGood senior living community in Boise, Idaho.

We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive occupancy growth, and cultivate meaningful connections with prospective residents and their families.

  • Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/year plus commission
  • Relocation Assistance Available to qualified candidates

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all sales and marketing efforts for the community, including strategic planning and execution.
  • Cultivate strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local networks to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and operational leaders to ensure a cohesive resident experience.
  • Oversee CRM database and ensure timely, accurate documentation of all prospect activity.
  • Represent the community at events, networking opportunities, and public engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in the senior living industry (Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process for senior living and the emotional and logistical decisions families face.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Boise, ID (Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates).
