We are supporting a large healthcare organization that is currently seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly support healthcare operations and decision-making. Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Thursday required onsite) Training: 1 week onsite (equipment provided) Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Microsoft Office (including Access) and iSeries/AS400. Perform QA checks on all production jobs. Create and maintain queries, batch scripts, and data extracts. Work with operations and IT teams to meet technical and data needs. Document processes and maintain operation logs. Collaborate with vendors and business areas to resolve system/data problems. Recommend improvements to system and application performance. Support vendor onboarding/off-boarding. Requirements 3+ years of experience in production support, QA, or data analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access) and iSeries/AS400. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor’s degree required.
