As a Data Analyst at RadX Inc., your daily expectations will center on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support our health care initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create financial models, and generate reports that inform strategic decision-making. Your role will involve conducting variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. To excel as a Data Analyst at RadX Inc., you will need: A robust analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to effectively interpret complex financial data. Attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy in analysis and reporting directly impacts decision-making in the health care sector. Effective communication skills will be essential, allowing you to present your findings clearly and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Technical skills in: Excel, SQL, Data visualization tools, Statistic tools, Google Suites, ERP systems, or other related tools. At least 3 years experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis roles. Certifications in CFA, FMVA, CPA, or Microsoft is highly desired. A solid foundation in financial principles and the ability to think critically will help you identify trends and anomalies in data.
