Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering calls, responding to emails, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through the rental process.

This role is perfect for someone who is a great communicator, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping others—all from the comfort of a remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely, friendly manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability
  • Guide customers through rental processes, delivery options, and setup services
  • Resolve issues or escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Assist with order confirmations, updates, and payment questions
  • Support sales and order entry teams with overflow inquiries
  • Follow company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or support role (preferred)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with email, CRM software, and call center tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

$16–$20 per hour , depending on experience

Full-time or part-time available

100% Remote (U.S.-based applicants only)
