We are a respected staffing firm specializing in property management, offering competitive compensation with WEEKLY pay. No on-call required! An immediate position is available in Atascadero - start right away while enjoying weekends off!

Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm w/ one hour lunch (subject to change based on community needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring cleanliness, optimal maintenance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Execute various make-ready tasks, including painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
• Collaborate with the property management team to efficiently prioritize and complete make-ready tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance or cosmetic issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory usage.
