We are seeking an Accounting Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office. Federal Government experience preferred as majority of our work involves government contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
• overseeing Purchasing and A/R-A/P employees as well as performing payroll functions (ADP) and accounting duties, to include month end, quarterly, and year end responsibilities.
• Worker’s Comp upkeep, audits, and inspection reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields 
• Accounting degree required, a CPA a plus but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
