Leadenhall Search are recruiting on behalf of an established financial advisory firm seeking a Manager to join its Accounting Advisory practice in Philadelphia. This role offers exposure to diverse industries—including Fortune 500, mid-cap, and start-ups—and emphasizes client engagement, technical accounting, and leadership in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead project teams and work directly with senior client management and external audit partners on complex accounting challenges, from IPOs and M&A to financial reporting and SEC deliverables.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial reports and regulatory submissions such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-1s, S-4s, and audit coordination.
• Conduct research and prepare documentation on new ASC accounting standards and drive process improvements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and serving as a role model.
• Support business development and recruiting efforts, while contributing to client relationships and firm initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality client service while balancing multiple engagements in a hybrid work structure.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA and/or MBA considered in lieu of degree).
• 5–7 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting or finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and excellent analytical abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, ethical, organized, and adaptable; thrives in high-energy, client-driven environments.
